Who I am

I am Elena Zykova, based in Kent, UK. I decide how your details are used. You can contact me at elena@zykova.net.

What I collect and why

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email address and message. I use them only to reply to you and to arrange a meeting.
• Booking a meeting: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there. Their privacy notice applies to that.
• WhatsApp or email: if you message me, I keep the conversation so I can help you.

I use your details because you asked me to get in touch, and to answer questions you send me before we work together.

Who else handles your details

The contact form sends your message to my email through a form service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google, which also receives your IP address. I do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long I keep your details

I keep enquiries only as long as I need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable time afterwards. If we work together, I keep what is needed for the work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask me to stop using them. Email me and I will respond. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
