Who I am
I'm Elena, a Digital Product Manager and Business Analyst. For 12 years I've helped large companies improve their digital products and simplify their processes. I managed a telecom product with over 1M monthly users, and I grew a retail gig-work marketplace from zero to 18,000 shifts a month and £8.6M in annual GMV.
A business with one owner and a few dozen clients runs on the same logic as a business with a million users. Someone books, someone gets reminded, someone shows up or doesn't. Do I need to be technical?
No. I set up your booking link, calendar and reminders and explain them in plain English. After setup, I walk you through how they work.
What if I already use a booking system?
Good. In most cases I build around the tools you already pay for, so you don't have to switch or learn a new one. If your current tool is the problem, I'll tell you honestly and suggest the best-value alternative.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your booking tool, calendar and reminder accounts are created in your name, and the logins stay with you.
What if it doesn't work as promised?
I test your booking link, calendar sync and reminders before handover, and we go through them together. For 14 days afterwards, I support you and fix any problem with what I built, free of charge.
